Same grain bill and 2 grams/litre of Himalayan salt just as in our classic Tomato gose Plaadimeri but this time we come with a heavy load of strawberry purée instead! Our salty Strawberry Smooch was soured for 24 hours with keffir yoghurt and then fermented with kölsch yeast for a smooth acidity and a clean fermentation profile and to let all the Strawberries Smooch you.To enjoy our beer at its best, remember to store beer cold at any time (around 4°C and definitely no higher than 12°C) and enjoy it as soon as you can! Strawberry Smooch should also be served around 6°Celsius.
